1. Operator

In most cases, users of this Extension are already formally engaged with the operating team (or their organisation’s authorised integration partner) before installing or enabling it.

The Extension keeps an organisation’s marketplace connector signed in by syncing the session from a browser login you already opened. It does not track your browsing, and it does not collect passwords.

2. Collection

Data is collected only after you enable Keep connection active. Until then, no session is sent to the sync backend.

• Marketplace session required for the connector (currently erp.at, erp.rt, session)
• Login email / username and optional portal metadata (e.g. partner or store ID)
• Sync status, timestamps, and credential key names (not values) for audit logs
• Local consent and sync preferences in chrome.storage.local

We do not track you and we do not collect passwords. We also do not collect analytics or advertising cookies, general browsing history, form input (including password fields), or payment card data.

3. Handling

Collected data is used only to:

• Confirm the signed-in account is registered for your organisation
• Send the session to the sync backend so connectors stay signed in
• Encrypt that material before writing it to the credential store
• Run sync scheduling and operational audit logs

We do not sell user data, do not track browsing for advertising or analytics, do not collect passwords, and do not use data for profiling unrelated to the connector. Use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage

• Device: consent and sync state via chrome.storage.local
• Control backend: registered account mappings (not raw cookie values)
• Organisation credential store: encrypted session and related metadata

Transmissions use HTTPS. The session is encrypted at rest in the credential store. Data is kept only as long as needed for the connector and is overwritten on newer syncs. Local state is cleared when you disable, clear storage, or uninstall.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with:

• Your organisation’s configured credential store / connector systems
• Infrastructure providers that host the sync backend (to run the service only)

We do not share data with advertising platforms, data brokers, or unrelated third parties for their own use.

6. Your choices

• Enable or disable Keep connection active anytime
• Uninstall the Extension from chrome://extensions
• Request deletion or questions: [email protected]
